Howler Audio Webshop Terms and Conditions
1. General
The Howler Audio webshop is operated by Howler Audio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Howler Audio. By purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Products
We offer a variety of products for sale on our webshop. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
3. Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping for our products. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at rma@howler-audio.com and mention your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in their original condition or do not meet our return policy criteria.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from shipping products back to Howler Audio without first obtaining a refund approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

All content included on this webshop, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Howler Audio or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
